Terms of sale & license

Short version: pay once, run it on machines you control, don't redistribute it, and understand that what an AI agent does on your server is your responsibility.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, perpetual, non-transferable license to install and run sshai on servers you own or control. It includes updates delivered through the installer. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the software or your license key.

Your responsibilities

• sshai gives a coding agent shell access to your server. You are responsible for what runs in your sessions, the security of your VPS and tailnet, and compliance with the terms of Anthropic, Tailscale, and your hosting provider.
• Keep your license key private; it identifies your purchase.

Refunds

14 days from purchase, no questions asked — email support with your Stripe receipt. After a refund your license key is revoked.

Warranty

sshai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use — including anything an agent does in a session you started.

Trademarks & third parties

sshai is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot AI, or Tailscale Inc. Claude, Codex, Gemini, Kimi, Tailscale, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility. The installer fetches those vendors' software from their own official distribution channels, under their own licenses and terms, which you accept directly with each vendor.

These terms may be updated for future purchases; the terms in effect when you bought apply to you.
